We are a HUD-approved counseling agency that has been providing comprehensive housing counseling services for more than 20 years in the areas of pre-purchase, default/foreclosure prevention, credit repair/budgeting and reverse mortgage (HECM) counseling. The program also offers a monthly CHFA-certified homeownership education course, quarterly financial management education course, and various other personal enrichment seminars.
